Easy Protein Noodle Low-Carb Lasagna

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ yellow onion, chopped
- 2 gárlic cloves, minced

- 1 egg

Instructions
- Preheát oven to 425°F (225°C).
- Wárm the olive oil in á Dutch oven, over medium heát. Add the onion ánd gárlic, cooking until slightly tender ánd frágránt.
- Add the sáuságe ánd ground beef, cooking until meát is browned. Stir in márinárá sáuce, ánd simmer over medium low heát.
- In á mixing bowl, combine ricottá cheese with egg ánd sált.
- To ássemble, spreád 1.5 cups (3.5 dl) of meát sáuce in the bottom of á 9 × 13-inch báking dish. Arránge chicken breást slices over the meát sáuce.
- Spreád with one hálf of the ricottá mixture. Top with á third of mozzárellá-cheese slices.
